I would give the venue 10 stars if I could. I had my uncle 50th birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was beautiful! Haroot is who I worked with through the entire process. The staff was amazing, they were all very accommodating and looked so nice the evening of our event oh and the BAR TENDER!! He is smoking hot. The food was OMG DELICIOUS, the venue is beautiful and clean and modern and spacious. I would highly recommend contacting someone to host an event here. I know that I will definitely be back.

Exceptional reception space in downtown Burbank. We came for a Sweet 16th extravaganza for our darling niece. What an amazing experience; The food, the décor, and the friendly wait staff.Easy parking options; valet in the larger adjacent lot, ample street parking or easy public parking garage nearby.Nicely appointed finishes throughout (tiled floors, mirrored wall details, sophisticated sconces). The perfect venue for a more intimate event.

Olivia was the perfect location for a group of about 75. We had so much fun, as did our guests! The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. Plenty of room to dance as well. The overall customer service from the staff was remarkable. All of our guests felt well cared for. Thank you for a perfect experience for such a monumental birthday.

I had my bridal shower at Olivia and was EXTREMELY happy with everything, ESPECIALLY the service. Harout, the manager, was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my event ran smoothly. The food was amazing, all of my guests were constantly mentioning how delicious everything was. Harout is the absolute best. We will definitely be hosting more happy events at Olivia in the future. My fiance and I had our mini engagement party at Olivia. The hall is so beautiful that it does not need much effort in beautifying it. The location is a bit dark, so I would probably use lighter colored flowers and main table to brighten up the place. The food was good and they provide the DJ, which is very awesome. The whole planning was very easy. The owner was very accommodating and professional. I would definitely have more small parties at Olivia and would recommend it to anyone having a guest list of 50-100 people.

I have just got home from my engagement party which was in Olivia and the first thing that I have started to do is writting this review about this place. It is really important that you feel the manager of banquet hall is like your brother and he wants to take care of your party not just do a business and make profit with your party, Plus I can tell you the place is really modern and clean with awesome design and delicious food and polite waiters.every thing that you can imagine with this place is just good good good. Take it for your parties you will enjoy.
